Today, I didn’t go for a run because I had an appointment to save a life. I didn’t have time to go between getting home from work and the appointment, and I’m not allowed to do strenuous exercise afterwards. I also had to eat a packet of crisps and a chocolate biscuit.
Valid reason for not running today
This week, I was back out pounding the pavements. It kind of felt good to get back into it, although I’m still not experiencing the so-called runner’s high. Is it something that runners have made up?
