Knitting

I am determined to become proficient at knitting. The most complicated thing I’ve made is a blackberry stitch tea cosy; it took me forever. One day, I will knit something more difficult than handwarmers in less than a year.

I present to you a video, by a knowledgeable lady, that demonstrates how to make one (increase number of stitches by one) when knitting.

The view from the balcony towards the piazza. There's a building opposite, and a pedestrian island in the middle with trees. People are crossing the roads, walking along or milling about. The sky is blue. Italy trip: to Turin
A woman in a red t-shirt and black leggings, wearing a running vest (for rehydration) runs along a path through the trees. She's smiling for the camera. The Sun’s on the Run at Brandon
A flat field under a blue sky with fluffy white clouds, with trees on the horizon. Picnic tables are dotted about on the left, with feather flags from stalls behind. There’s a blue arch of the kind used for finish lines is set up, but can’t be the actual finish line because the course doesn’t include it. Most puzzling. Setting up base camp in Sandringham
