Do I feel the so-called runner's high?
I've been out running again; find out why I'm allowed not to run today.
I wonder if my body needs carbs and rest or if I'm just reverting back to being greedy and lazy.
I don't go running.
I need to run further.
I eat cheesy chips on a non-cheat day and have to to run further than normal to atone.
I run (and walk) so far, that I win a challenge.
