Our running route this week was designed to pass a house with many Christmas lights and decorations outside. We stopped to take a photo-op break before we continued our run.
It’s always tricky to get going again after stopping, which is one reason I don’t like those techniques where you alternative between walking and running. They do work for others, though, so if you do want to take up running, and you’re not very fit, the couch-to-5k method or jeffing might work for you.
