SG-41 cypher machine

SG-41

The SG-41 was the last cypher machine that Germany made during World War II. It was supposed to replace Enigma, and used a pinwheel instead of rotors.

It’s lucky for us that the SG-41 didn’t replace the Enigma in the end: the codebreakers at Bletchley never cracked it.
