I got back into running after a hiatus. Since getting my new-fangled watch, I’ve been enjoying looking at the stats in its dedicated app and those generated by Strava.
But then, the inevitable happened: a work contract knocked my routine out of kilter. I should be able to change my routine from morning running to evening running, but I also had other things to do. As I don’t particularly enjoy the running itself, I used those things as an excuse not to go running.
I really must get out running soon: with it being Colin’s birthday yesterday, I’ve eaten a lot of carbs in the form of cake. Mmm, cake.
