Pilates pain

Last night, I joined a friend’s Pilates class. We worked our cores and lengthened our bodies. We zipped up as we exhaled and expanded our ribs as we inhaled. Blimey, it was hard work.

Today, I’ve been barely able to move without feeling some muscular pain or other — especially in the abs. And to think I wanted to attend to increase my flexibility.
