Interests: Cooking

I like to cook. When I cook, I either follow a recipe, make loosely based on a recipe or make it up as I go along. My husband is my guinea pig, and he seems to enjoy what I make, so that's good.

My favourite recipe book is Appetite by Nigel Slater. He's on the same plane as me with respect to measuring: some, a few, a lot. That sort of thing. He also encourages experimentation, which is good.
