I’ve done a Damo!

Friday 24th June, 2005 @ 12.54pm BST Europe/London by Pandammonium

A more sober post about last night/this morning.

After having got wrong off the security guard, Peter, for the third time for being too noisy, Flatmate-Colleen and I went to B&Q car park, where we pushed each other about in a trolley. Unfortunately, I landed on my elbow when I got out, and Colleen hadn’t been holding on to it to stabilise it. It hurts now and keeps weeping all over the place. I hope I’ve not ruined my new skirt! How do you get blood out of denim?

We sat on the roundabout after that, waving at passing cars and lorries - and the Police! Luckily, it didn’t seem to be illegal to do that :)

C said, on the phone just now, that I’ll not be able to graduate cos they’ll kick me out if I’m bad. I’d best be on best behaviour from now on, eh?!

Hmm

Must be about bedtime by now…

Am quite pissed and a bit uncoordinated and my elbow’s quite sore and bloody. Bloody B&Q trolleys. It’s all the Quavers’ fault, if you ask me.

And the people who complained to security (hello, Peter!) as well. Mainly their fault for chasing us off campus, really. No, it was!

Apparently, he saw neither the beauty nor the humour behind the frozen cutlery and smashed it into the sink. Oh, well.

My eyes are affected, too. They’re swimming in something. Must be brain-gloop leaking out.

My brain is melting. I can feel it softening. It will trickle out of my ears when I go to bed tonight.

And do you know what, Mr Gregory T. Stump? It’s all your fault.

Actually, I’ll let you share the blame with the Romans. See how kind I am?

I should be in Cambridge now. I should have been there an hour ago. Last night is definitely taking its toll.

Last night. What can I say about last night? I can say it had its moments. I learnt a really bad word in Greek; maybe it’s appropriate to describe the outcome of last night.

I mean, really! You’d think that by the amount of demanding miaowing that happens every time I open a tin of tuna that every tin of Tuna I open is for Dusty. The fact that this is true is beside the point. What if I’d decided I fancied a nice tuna and mayo sandwich? I’d have to open one tin for me and one tin for her!

I was being underhanded with the tin I opened the other night though. I bought it so that I could enjoy this nice bit of hake I had for my own tea! Whenever I have anything, she always has to have at least a sniff; with fish, it’s incessant miaowing. The tuna kept her away though :D

Henry has a loom.

It was broken, but now it’s fixed, and I shall pick him up in the morning.

It was threatening to turn into a bit of a saga, mind you, what with one thing and another. Seems it was just the continuation of one I’d thought ended ages ago.
