Lynx links

I wanted to make Lynx-users not have to scroll past the links in what is the sidebar in non-text browsers, but I didn’t know how, but now I’ve done it. You can now skip the menu and then skip the links. I’ve done them separately because the menu may still prove useful. I may add a skip-all-navigation type thingy-widget.
