The world that revolves around Caity Ross

Eurovision Song Contest

Well done to Greece. The UK came nowhere, but at least we got a few token points from our “allies”! I wonder what would happen if we stopped contributing so much money towards it. We would never be in it again, I don’t think!

Hey we gave you 8 points. More than Touch My Fire deserved. The Eurovision is always filled with the direst pap imaginable. If it wasn’t for Terry and his Baily’s it would result in a Saturday full of tears.

I’m glad I was in the pub.

And we are extremely grateful for those 8 points - not only is it more than that drivel deserved, but it’s also more than you usually give us ;)
I noticed we gave you the usual 12 points in the semi-finals, not that it did you any good :)
I don’t think the UK really tries to produce a decent song (anymore!) because we’re guaranteed a place. Terry really is the best thing about Eurovision.
