Themes
The WordPress themes pages have been pointed out to me by Ferg – cheers for that. For now, though, I’m going to stick with the theme I’ve got, until I get the rest of the site right. I think I’ve set up WordPress so that any pages I create will go into the subdirectory that the blog is in, and I don’t know how to change that. So I’m currently writing a CSS from scratch, with the help of W3Schools, for the rest of the site. I’d feel a certain amount of satisfaction if I completed that, as I’ve only ever edited other people’s style sheets before. Once that’s done, I’ll put up some content, and maybe look into other stuff. Oh, I’ve also got to sort out my category hierarchy at some point. That’ll be tedious!

I should play a little with the style of my pages.
I installed PhotoPress pluign a while ago. However, I could never get it to play well with my theme!

Akismet’s already going
It catches loads of spam for me, although it lets some through now and again. Maybe I’ll look into using the other one as well – cheers.
