Pub Quiz
Went to the pub quiz last night. Failed to win yet again. Didn’t even win anything in the raffle! Still, there’s always hope for the Christmas special next Monday – if anyone remembers to book a table, that is. At least I got nicely drunk and it was not me who spilt almost an entire pint.
Table Football
Played and lost a single friendly game to someone quite high up the ladder today, but it was close – 10-9. I was pleased with the result as I expected to get hammered.
I should be playing my quarter-final match tomorrow in the Christmas doubles championship. I certainly don’t expect to win that as we’re up against the favourites.
